The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to the El Corte Ingles shopping area. It is situated in the city center, a stone's throw away from the two main metro stations. Additionally, there are several breakfast options available in the neighborhood that cost around 10 euros, providing guests with a variety of choices.

The room service provided by the hotel leaves much to be desired. The rooms were not properly cleaned during our stay, and basic amenities such as shower caps and comfortable slippers were not consistently provided.

I had the best night's sleep in a long time at this place. The pillows were absolutely amazing, like sleeping on clouds. They even had blackout curtains, which made the room so peaceful despite being on a main road. The staff here were equally lovely and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty options and the facilities were top-notch. My daughter and I enjoyed a swim, sauna, and jacuzzi, adding to the luxurious experience. Plus, the location was superb, just a short walk from Plaza Cataluna where the airport buses stop. This hotel really goes above and beyond to provide enhanced comfort and quality services, making you feel like you're staying in a super posh venue.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were lovely and professional. They even loaned me an adapter plug when I realized I had forgotten mine. The bathroom toiletries were excellent, providing everything you could possibly need. The rooms were cozy and the location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions.
